Free shipping across India on every order, no minimum required. We prioritise Blue Dart for faster, more reliable delivery and most orders arrive in 2–10 business days. You'll receive tracking updates by email and WhatsApp once your order is on its way.

To ensure faster processing and a smoother delivery experience, most items at Divya Mandir are available as prepaid orders only. Secure payments are available via UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.

Every product is quality-checked and carefully packed before dispatch. In the rare event that something arrives damaged or isn't right, we're here to make it good. Just reach out to us at refunds@divyamandir.com within 12 hours of delivery.

A quick tip: Record a short video as you open your order. It helps us resolve any issue same-day without any back-and-forth, no waiting, no questions.

For ready-to-ship items, we also accept change-of-mind returns within 48 hours of delivery with a small 10% restocking fee, waived if you'd prefer store credit instead.
