This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on DivyaMandir.com and forms part of our Terms of Service. It should be read alongside our Return, Refund & Damage Policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed manually by our team. Please allow 48–72 hours for processing during normal operations, and up to 96 hours during high-demand or festive periods. You will receive an order confirmation and processing update via email and WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or violation of our Terms of Service.

SECTION 2 – DOMESTIC B2C SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
2.1 Delivery Timelines
•       Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched on the next business day after order processing. Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
•       Made-to-order items: Dispatched within 15–28 business days. We will ship earlier wherever possible. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.
•       Overall delivery window: 2–10 business days after dispatch for most destinations, depending on the courier partner and delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on our courier partners. DivyaMandir is not liable for courier delays beyond our reasonable control. Exact tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

2.2 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all standard domestic B2C orders placed through DivyaMandir.com. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests following a failed delivery or Return to Origin (RTO) - see Section 4.

2.3 Courier Partners
We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The choice of courier partner for a given order is at our discretion based on destination, product type, and availability. Tracking information will be shared once the order is handed over to the courier.

SECTION 3 – B2B AND BULK ORDERS
Bulk orders must be placed via email at bulk@divyamandir.com. Shipping terms, timelines, costs, and carrier arrangements for bulk orders are negotiated individually upon mutual acceptance of transaction terms. Risk of loss and damage for bulk orders transfers to the buyer upon delivery by the courier partner. All bulk order claims must be raised within 24 hours of courier-confirmed delivery - see our Return, Refund & Damage Policy for full requirements.

SECTION 4 – FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
An order will be classified as a Return to Origin (RTO) if it is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
•       Customer unavailability at the delivery address on multiple attempts.
•       Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at the time of order.
•       Refusal to accept delivery by the customer or recipient.
•       Failure to respond to courier communication or pickup notifications.

In RTO cases, the following will apply:
•       Shipping charges and return (RTO) charges incurred will be deducted from any refund amount.
•       If re-shipment is requested, additional prepaid shipping charges must be paid before the order is re-dispatched.
•       DivyaMandir reserves the right to process refunds or re-shipments for RTO cases at its sole discretion.

To avoid RTO, please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout, and that someone is available to receive the parcel. Monitor your tracking link and respond promptly to any courier communication.

SECTION 5 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not accept standard international B2C orders. International bulk orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis via email at bulk@divyamandir.com, with shipping terms negotiated individually. Standard B2C shipping to select international markets (including the UAE) will be made available in due course and this policy will be updated accordingly.
SECTION 6 – PACKAGING
All orders are packed with care to minimise the risk of transit damage. Our packaging standards reflect our commitment to delivering products in pristine condition.

If you receive an order where the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
•       Note the damage on the delivery receipt or with the delivery agent where possible.
•       Record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video before and during opening the package.
•       Report the issue within 12 hours of delivery to refunds@divyamandir.com as required by our Return, Refund & Damage Policy.

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery is deemed to have taken place on the date and time recorded by the courier partner's tracking system as the successful delivery date. All return and claim windows under our Return, Refund & Damage Policy are calculated from this confirmed delivery date and time. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information and act within the applicable timeframes.

SECTION 8 – LIABILITY
DivyaMandir is not liable for shipping delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners, natural events, civil unrest, government action, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with any shipment shall not exceed the value of the products in the relevant order. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
