- Made-on-Order: Ships within 15-28 days from payment.
- Ready-to-Ship: Ships within 24-72 hours.
Delivery time depends on the courier, and tracking details are provided once the order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-Ship items can be returned within 10 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
Custom/On-Order items are returnable only for damage or quality issues. We offer a partial refund or replacement (which may take 15-28 days).
Exchanges are only for the original product(s) in the order.
If an item appears to be intentionally damaged, only a partial refund will be issued, with no exchange.
If your product was damaged in transit, send a photo on the delivery day to [refunds@divyamandir.com] for a refund or replacement.
Discounted Item sales are considered final. They are still eligible for refund or exchange on a case by case basis.

Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of order placement. We hold processing for this period to allow cancellations due to accidental purchases. After 4 hours or once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Orders canceled within 4 hours are refunded immediately, but it may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account.
